Day 1 : Fly to Los Angeles
An included flight brings us to the West Coast where we begin our adventure. 

Day 2 : Getty Museum
This morning we tour the famous J. Paul Getty Museum. With impressive architecture and breathtaking views, this museum features inspired paintings, drawings and sculptures from Europe and America dating as far back as the Medieval era. In the afternoon, we board our home for the next 14 nights: Norwegian Cruise Line’s Norwegian Sun. All meals are included aboard the ship. B,D

Day 3 : At Sea
Enjoy the facilities and amenities of the Norwegian Sun on our first full day at sea. Relax on deck or in comfortable lounges. Take in a performance at the Stardust Lounge or try your luck in the Sun Club casino. Before dinner, enjoy a private Holiday Vacations social hour with included cocktails. B,L.D

Day 4 : Cabo San Lucas
Today our ship tenders in Cabo San Lucas for a day of fun in the sun. Cabo’s signature landmark is El Arco, a unique rock formation at the tip of "Land's End." You may also visit Medano Beach, Cabo's most popular beach and swimming area. B,L,D

Day 5 : At Sea
Explore the variety of shipboard activities to enjoy as we travel to Acapulco. The day is yours to relax, explore the ship and enjoy wonderful live entertainment. B,L,D

Day 6 : Acapulco
Today we dock in Acapulco and have the day to explore this sunny paradise. Relax on one of the city’s several beaches, visit the city’s historic main square, or explore optional attractions at your leisure. B,L,D

Day 7 : At Sea
Today we are free to enjoy the fine amenities offered aboard the Norwegian Sun. With Freestyle Cruising, there are several dining options. Relax on deck with your favorite book, slip into a hot tub, or enjoy the onboard nightlife. B,L,D

Day 8 : Puerto Quetzal
We have the day for our own adventures in the port city of Puerto Quetzal. Relax, visit the art markets, enjoy live music, or take an optional 90-minute shuttle to Antigua, Guatemala’s old capital. B,L,D

Day 9 : San Juan Del Sur
Today our ship tenders in San Juan Del Sur, an exotic destination featuring pristine beaches, abundant wildlife, shoreline shopping, exquisite Nicaraguan cuisine, and a variety of optional adventures. B,L,D

Day 10 : Puntarenas
On an optional shore excursion, ride a boat through the mangrove thickets or take a train, bus, or boat adventure. For those in search of leisure activities, shop for crafts from local artists or indulge in the delicious flavor of Costa Rican coffee. B,L,D

Day 11 : At Sea
Explore the Norwegian Sun’s amenities, including its golf driving net, hot tubs, spa, and when you are feeling hungry, pick from any of the ship's multiple dining venues. In the evening take in a musical revue or comedy performance. B,L,D

Day 12 : Panama Canal
Awake today to the Panama Canal, one of history's greatest feats of engineering. Over the course of the day we travel through three sets of locks and the continental divide. Rising and lowering about 85 feet throughout the canal, we cruise through Gaillard Cut channel and across Gatun Lake on our way to the Atlantic Ocean. B,L,D

Day 13 : Cartagena
Explore this beautiful and historic Colombian city's walled Old Town. Its fortress walls, quaint, narrow streets, and balconied houses are vivid reminders of its former colonialists. Optimal shore excursions include Las Bovedas, the city's former dungeon that is now an artisan's center, or the Church of San Pedro Claver, built in 1603 and dedicated to Colombia's patron saint. Days 14-15 : At Sea
Ease into each day at your own pace. Enjoy the comforts of our floating resort as we sail towards the U.S. mainland. Relax in the spa or take advantage of the ship's many recreation or entertainment options. B,L,D each day

Day 16 : Florida Everglades
After breakfast we say goodbye to our floating home and head out to the Florida Everglades. Our exciting and educational tour of Everglades National Park with Shark Valley Tram tours gives us the opportunity to get an up-close look at this unique ecosystem. Later, we check into our accommodations in Fort Lauderdale and celebrate our cruise with a Holiday Vacations Farewell Dinner surrounded by new friends. B,D

Day 17 : Fly Home
We return home with memories
of our extraordinary experiences.
