Daily Itinerary Items

Day 1 : Fly to California
Our tour begins with a comfortable flight to Los Angeles and transfer to the fabulous Warner Center Marriott Woodland Hills for a six-night stay.

Day 2 : Float Viewing
Today we visit Pasadena and view up-close the hand-crafted floral floats in their final stages of preparation. We also visit Universal City Walk, a popular entertainment, dining and shopping promenade.B

Day 3 : New Year's Eve Gala
After breakfast, we enjoy a Warner Brothers Studio VIP tour, an immersive look at how the magic of Hollywood is made at Stage 48: Script to Screen. Tonight, we are guests at a specially-arranged New Year ‘s Eve Gala. Our evening features dinner, wine and live music. At 9pm (midnight Eastern Time), we ring in the new year with a champagne toast! Day 4 : The Rose Parade
Enjoy reserved seating at the Tournament of Roses Parade. Take in the festivities with your complimentary souvenir seat cushion and program describing the floats, bands and equestrian units. We return to our hotel for independent activities.B,L

Day 5 : Board the Emerald Princess
Today we board the spectacular Emerald Princess for a 15-night, full transit cruise through the Panama Canal from the Pacific to the Atlantic. B,L,D

Day 6- 7 : At Sea
Acquaint yourself with the ship ‘s many deluxe amenities during your full days at sea. All meals are included aboard ship as well as a myriad of entertainment venues. B,L,D EACH DAY

Day 8 : Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
Our first port of call is Puerto Vallarta. Optional excursions include an eco-safari, kayaking, snorkeling, a city tour, or simply stroll the beautiful waterfront boardwalk. B,L,D

Day 9 : At Sea
A variety of daytime activities and evening entertainment will keep us busy during this full day at sea. B,L,D

Day 10 : Huatulco, Mexico
With nine bays, 36 sandy beaches, and most of the city inside an ecological reserve, Huatulco is a hidden gem on the Pacific Riviera. Optional activities include snorkeling, a catamaran cruise, and an introduction to historic Mexican traditions and trades. B,L,D

Day 11 : At Sea
Relax on deck in comfortable lounges enjoying the sunshine off the blue Pacific water en route to Nicaragua. B,L,D

Day 12 : San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua
Today our ship drops anchor and we tender to San Juan del Sur. Encounter intriguing landscapes, cultural treasures and Nicaraguan history. Excursions include the capital city of Managua, a Lake Nicaragua boat tour, and visits to volcanoes. B,L,D

Day 13 : Puntarenas, Costa Rica
Our full day in Costa Rica provides opportunities to discover lush rain forests, botanical gardens, coffee plantations, and local culture. B,L,D

Day 14 : At Sea
Relax the day away as we sail to Panama. Every evening features exciting entertainment, from musical performances to stage productions to Movies Under the Stars®. B,L,D

Day 15 :Panama City, Panama
Panama City is ours to explore today. For optional activities, consider a scenic drive of Old Panama City, explore the Panama Canal Interoceanic Museum, or visit an authentic native community at Embera Indian Village. B,L,D

Day 16 : The Panama Canal
Spend the day traversing one of history ‘s greatest engineering feats! From the Pacific to the Atlantic, we travel through three sets of new locks and the continental divide while raising and lowering nearly 85 feet in elevation. Highlights include Gaillard Cut Channel and Gatun Lake. B,L,D

Day 17 : Cartagena, Colombia
We dock in Cartagena ‘s beautiful Old Town. Its fortress walls, cobblestone streets, and balconied houses are vivid reminders of its former colonial period. B,L,D

Day 18 - 19 : At Sea
Enjoy our last days aboard the Emerald Princess. B,L,D EACH DAY

Day 20 : Fort Lauderdale
After breakfast we say goodbye to our floating home and travel to the Florida Everglades. Our exciting and educational tour of Everglades National Park with Shark Valley Tram Tours gives us an up-close look at this unique ecosystem. Later we check into our accommodations in Fort Lauderdale and celebrate our cruise with a Holiday Vacation Farewell Dinner surrounded by our new friends. B,D

You may request a land only price. If the tour is purchased as land only, it will be your responsibility to meet the group at the arrival airport at the time designated by Holiday Vacations. If you prefer, you can join the tour at the first night's hotel. Taxi or other airport transfer costs are not included for independant arrival or departure.
