Life happens, we get it. At Holiday Vacations, you can secure your booking with a low deposit of $200 per person and receive a full refund if canceling for any reason prior to the final payment date. If any unexpected hazards or natural disasters prevent your tour from occurring, a full refund will be provided. While exploring, we adhere to local health and safety guidelines to ensure a smooth guest experience. For added comfort, you may consider adding our preferred insurance protection through Trawick International® for unforeseen personal situations.

We might be biased, but we really do have the best Tour Directors – you may just find yourself another lifelong friend to keep in touch with long after your adventure together concludes. All of our Tour Directors graduate from an extensive training program, have a CPR certification, and are ready to share in-depth knowledge of your destination, so you can rely on them as a resource for leisure time recommendations! While your Tour Director is available around the clock, you will also receive our 24/7 emergency phone number which is supported by tenured travel professionals.
