Travel Agency Registration
If you are ready to start selling amazing Holiday Vacations tours for your clients, complete our travel agency registration and you will also automatically be registered to sell for all Xanterra Travel Collection companies. After we receive your submission we will reach out to you within one business day so we can start working together as soon as possible!
Proper documentation includes providing a valid ARC, IATA, or TRUE Code. Agencies must also complete and submit a signed W-9 tax form.

Commission Structure
You will enjoy a full 10% commission on all components of our tour packages, including air and travel insurance! Commission is not paid on any modifications to a tour package. Please note that any tours advertised by Holiday Vacations with a television or radio station offer 10% commission for a maximum of 4 total travel advisor clients. Your commissions will be paid approximately two weeks after your client’s departure.
Travel Advisor Discount
Full-time advisors listed on their agency’s IATAN list and travel companion receive a 15% discount off the published tour price. These discounts are non-commissionable and no additional discounts or coupons apply. Please call our Travel Advisor Sales Desk to request the discounted price.
Travel Insurance
Holiday Vacations recognizes the value and importance of travel insurance for guests. Earn 10% commission when your clients opt into our Travel Protection Plan that provides coverage for Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical and Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, Trip Delay, Baggage Delay, and more.
