Polynesian Cultural Center
Explore the diverse cultures of the Pacific Island nations, including Hawaii, Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, Tahiti, and Aotearoa (New Zealand). Visit six authentic village replicas, each representing a Polynesian island, and revel in hands-on activities as cultural ambassadors showcase traditional dance, music, and crafts. From seeing a young Samoan warrior climb a 40-foot coconut tree to witnessing the Māori warrior dance, this immersive visit provides fascinating insight into the heritage of Polynesia.

Waimea Canyon
Visit Kauai’s most awe-inspiring geological wonder, known as the Grand Canyon of the Pacific. Carved by the Waimea River and a volcano collapse over ten million years ago, this vast canyon spans about 14 miles long and is over 3,000 feet deep. Take in the impressive sights of greenery draping over bright red rock formations as far as the eye can see. If we’re lucky, we may even see a vibrant rainbow arching above!
USS Arizona Memorial & Visitor Center at Pearl Harbor
Learn about a pivotal moment in United States history and pay respects to the thousands who lost their lives during the attack on Pearl Harbor. The USS Arizona Memorial is above the remains of the original ship, where at least 900 crew members lay to rest. Watch closely as the tanks leaking deep below bring oil droplets to the surface, known as the “black tears of the Arizona.” *Tickets to the USS Arizona Memorial are subject to availability through the NPS.
- Day 1: Fly to OahuUpon arriving in Honolulu, we receive a traditional lei greeting and check in to our resort on Waikiki Beach.
- Day 2: Pearl HarborOur exploration begins with a city tour of Honolulu, including the most moving site on Oahu: Pearl Harbor National Memorial. At the visitor center, we view exhibits that recall December 7, 1941, the day that catapulted the United States into World War II. Watch a documentary and take a Navy launch out to the USS Arizona Memorial to observe the sunken battleship. This afternoon, we get to know fellow travelers during a Welcome Lunch before continuing our tour, traveling past the volcanic-shaped Hawaii State Capitol building and Iolani Palace. We also drive through the Punchbowl, an extinct volcano and home of the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. *Navy launch to the USS Arizona Memorial is subject to weather and availability through the National Park Service. Tickets are confirmed the day prior.

- Day 3: OahuToday is yours for individual pursuits! Walk along famous Waikiki Beach, delight your taste buds with a food tour, explore the ocean with a snorkeling excursion, or hike to Diamond Head. After working up an appetite, an included dinner awaits at the resort.

- Day 4: Polynesian Cultural CenterThis morning, enjoy a scenic drive along Oahu’s North Shore with a brief stop at Dole Pineapple Visitor Center. After an included lunch, we visit the Polynesian Cultural Center, a spectacular outdoor living museum that showcases the ancient cultures of six Pacific Island nations. Later, we return to our resort for an evening at leisure.

- Day 5: Hawaii Volcanoes National ParkWe fly to Hilo on the Big Island today. Following lunch just outside of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, we head to the visitor center and take in the dramatic overlook along the way. During our driving tour of the park, enjoy stops to get out and explore while gazing upon volcanic craters, dried lava flows, and steam vents. We then travel to Kona and check in to our accommodations.

- Day 6: The Big IslandRelax and savor an included breakfast at the resort this morning, then venture out to explore the Big Island on your own. Take a stroll through historic Kailua-Kona Village, visit Moku’aikaua Church, swim with manta rays, or embark on a flightseeing excursion!

- Day 7: Waimea CanyonOur day kicks off with a flight to Kauai, known as the Garden Isle. After an included lunch, we delight our taste buds with coffee samples in the Kauai Coffee Company Visitor Center, the country’s largest coffee grower. Our explorations continue at Waimea Canyon, coined The Grand Canyon of the Pacific with a striking palette of red rock and emerald-green vegetation in a vast gorge. Later, we check in to our accommodations in Kapa’a.

- Day 8: KauaiIndulge in a delicious breakfast, then enjoy a full day at leisure on the second-wettest place on Earth. There are endless spectacular sights to take in with its lush rainforest, breathtaking scenery, and balmy breeze. You may choose to visit a botanical garden, take a boat ride to Smith’s Fern Grotto, relax by the pool, and more. This evening, we gather for dinner at the resort.

- Day 9: MauiWe board our last interisland flight this morning, landing on Maui, nicknamed the Valley Isle. Our afternoon is spent at Maui Ocean Center, where we enjoy a delicious lunch and get an up-close view of local marine life. Don’t miss an opportunity to see some of the most notable visitors to these waters on the big screen during our 3D Humpbacks of Hawaii experience! Later, we check in to our award-winning accommodations and have the remainder of the day at leisure.

- Day 10: The Valley IsleWake up well-rested and savor an included breakfast at our oceanfront resort, situated along a three-mile stretch of world-renowned Ka’anapali Beach. The day is yours to soak up the sun, play a round on a championship golf course, go snorkeling, travel the winding Road to Hana, or watch the sunset on a dinner cruise.

- Day 11: Traditional LuauSleep in with a leisurely morning or wake up early to independently watch the sunrise from the summit of Haleakala, “House of the Sun.” Our resort is conveniently located near Whalers Village, where you can visit shops, grab a bite to eat, or listen to live entertainment throughout the day. Tonight, say farewell Hawaii-style at “Drums of the Pacific” Luau. Taste tropical drinks and the exotic flavors of Native Hawaiian cuisine, then enjoy authentic music and dances of the South Pacific!

- Day 12: Farewell HawaiiEnjoy one last morning to spend as you please in this tropical paradise. Later, we learn about the island's iconic fruits and plants on a narrated tram tour at Maui Tropical Plantation. We also gather for a fantastic Farewell Meal to commemorate our adventure before boarding our overnight flight back to the mainland.
