Hawaii Three Island Holiday
Highlights
- Day 1: Fly to OahuE komo mai (Welcome) to the lush paradise of Honolulu, where the aloha spirit is ever-present. After a traditional flower lei greeting, we head to our luxurious resort for a three-night stay, ideally located by the beautiful white sands of Waikiki Beach.
- Day 2: Pearl HarborAfter an included breakfast, we embark on a tour of Honolulu that includes the most moving site on Oahu: Pearl Harbor National Memorial. At the visitor center, view galleries and exhibits that recall December 7, 1941, the day that catapulted the United States into World War II. Enjoy a documentary film and a Navy launch out to the USS Arizona Memorial to observe the sunken battleship. This afternoon, get to know fellow travelers over a Welcome Lunch. Our city tour continues, bringing us past the volcanic-shaped Hawaii State Capitol building and Iolani Palace, the only palace in the country once inhabited by a reigning monarch. We also drive through the Punchbowl, an extinct volcano and home of the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. *Navy launch to the USS Arizona Memorial is subject to weather and availability through the National Park Service. Tickets are confirmed the day prior.

- Day 3: OahuToday is yours to experience all Oahu, also referred to as the Gathering Place, has to offer. Enjoy tranquility and feel the warm island breeze while relaxing on Waikiki Beach, or if you’re feeling adventurous, you can explore Diamond Head crater, mingle with the animals at Honolulu Zoo, or lose yourself in Honolulu’s downtown ambiance. This evening, savor an included dinner at the resort.

- Day 4: Waimea CanyonOur day begins with a flight to Kauai, known as the Garden Isle for its lush, tropical landscapes. After an included lunch, we delight our taste buds with samples of rich, aromatic coffee at Kauai Coffee Company Visitor Center, the country’s largest grower. Later, we gaze upon the striking red rock and emerald green vegetation of Waimea Canyon, also called The Grand Canyon of the Pacific. This evening, we check in to our upscale accommodations in Kapa’a for two nights.

- Day 5: KauaiIndulge in an included breakfast, then today is yours to explore the second-wettest place on Earth. Kauai is the perfect destination for scenic adventures with its lush rainforest, mountain ridges, sprawling valleys, and balmy breeze. You may enjoy touring a botanical garden, flightseeing by helicopter, or relaxing by the pool at our resort. After a day of individual pursuits, we gather as a group for dinner this evening.

- Day 6: MauiWe board our last interisland flight this morning, landing on Maui, nicknamed the Valley Isle for the valleys carved into its mountains. Our afternoon is spent at Maui Ocean Center, where we enjoy a delicious lunch and get an up-close view of the marine life that calls Hawaii home. Don’t miss an opportunity to see some of the most notable visitors to these waters on the big screen during our 3D Humpbacks of Hawaii experience! Later, we arrive at our award-winning resort, situated along world-renowned Ka’anapali Beach. Settle in for the next three evenings, then relax with the rest of the day at leisure.

- Day 7: The Valley IsleEnjoy an included breakfast at the hotel before venturing out to explore Maui as you wish. Take the day to relax at the resort, play a round on a championship golf course, go on a snorkeling expedition, travel the winding Road to Hana, or soak up breathtaking views on a sunset dinner cruise.

- Day 8: Traditional LuauSleep in with a leisurely morning or wake up early to independently watch the sunrise from the summit of Haleakala, “House of the Sun.” Take advantage of more free time on this beautiful island by soaking up the sun or exploring nearby shops, dining, and live entertainment in Whalers Village, just a short stroll from our resort. Tonight, say farewell Hawaii-style with “Drums of the Pacific” Luau. Enjoy tropical drinks and the exotic flavors of Native Hawaiian cuisine, then witness the music and dances of the South Pacific!

- Day 9: Farewell HawaiiWake up well-rested and enjoy one last morning to spend as you please in this tropical paradise. Later, we explore Maui Tropical Plantation on a narrated tram tour to learn about the island’s iconic fruits and plants. We also gather for a fantastic Farewell Meal to commemorate our adventure on the Hawaiian Islands before boarding our overnight flight back to the mainland.
